Presently overseeing the Company MAXIMO’s. He has 18 years of CMMS experience. APS has 7 licenses for the various business units – T & D, Generation, IS, Facilities, and Transportation. Has worked with MAXIMO since 1994 having implemented MAXIMO since version 2 and have managed the upgrades to 4.1.1 patch 4.

Leona Paul
US Bureau of Reclamation
Leona Paul is a Project Management Professional
(PMP), a Data Architect, and a Contracting Officer’s Representative
(COR) who has worked for the Bureau of Reclamation since 1978. Over
the past 29 years she has worked both for the engineering organizations
in Denver, Colorado, as well as for the IT department where she is
currently employed. In the early 1990’s Leona began working on the
implementation of Maximo version 4 and developing the interface between
Maximo and the time and attendance system.
Leona is the Project Manager and COR for Reclamation’s CARMA Project
which will consolidate 18 separate Maximo 4 installations into a single
Maximo 6 solution on a single platform in Denver. CARMA includes several
interfaces to legacy systems, hand-held technology for warehouse management,
and the use of the Maximo Enterprise Adapter. When completed in the
second quarter of 2008, CARMA will support over 2,100 users throughout
17 western states operating hydropower generation facilities such
as Hoover Dam and Grand Coulee Dam, as well as several water management
sites.

Todd W. Haberland
DTE Energy
Twenty-five years experience in commercial nuclear power construction, start up and commercial operations. started utility career as an Electric Distribution Engineer. Holds a BS Engineering degree cum laude, Executive Management Program at the University of Michigan and licensed Senior Reactor Operator on a pressurized water reactory. Manager positions at both PWR and BWR sites responsible for Maintenance, Labor Contract Negotiations, Work Control Planning and Scheduling, Outage Management, Engineering Projects and Planning, Long Range Strategic Business Planning, Cost and Budget and Chaired the On Site Safety Review Board. Holds the position of Fermi 2 Corporate Spokesperson for Nuclear Emergency Response and designated as Corporate Change Management and Operating Systems Expert. Also chaired the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations(INPO) Work Management Working Group.
A founding member of EPRI’s Nuclear Maintenance Assistance Center (NMAC), member of EPRI’s TEAM Advisory Board and a member of the American Nuclear Society. Also a member of MRO Software’s Nuclear Energy Advisory Council. Participated on numerous INPO and WANO Evaluations and Assist visits both nationally and internationally. During the last year has been a Power Generation Project Manager for DTE Energy’s “DTE2 ERP Project” for human resources, supply chain management, finance and work management systems engaging both regulated and non-regulated businesses.
An avid hockey coach, player and outdoorsman, Todd is married to Lynn and they enjoy four children ages 23, 21, 20 and 4 months. Todd is a native of Michigan and currently resides in southeast Michigan.

Richard Pike
Duke Energy
Richard Pike is a Technology Consultant focusing on Work & Asset Management IT Strategies for Power Delivery (T & D) based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is responsible for developing, directing, and implementing long range strategic changes to Work and Asset Management applications, including Maximo, supporting the Transmission and Distribution business processes. As a part of this responsibility, he is serving on Duke Energy’s EAM Project to implement Maximo 6.x across the enterprise.
Richard joined Duke Power in 1979 as a junior electrical engineer. After serving in a number of technical and leadership roles, he was named Manager of Distribution Special Projects in 1985. He later served as District Engineer for 5 years prior to becoming involved in key Power Delivery technology projects as Lead Project Engineer, Technology Consultant and Project Manager.
In his 29 years, Richard has been an integral part of developing and supporting, integration with, various Work Management systems, GIS, implementing the first Outage Management System, Mobile Work Management, Engineering Design, and Scheduling Applications.
Richard is a 1979 graduate from North Carolina State University with a BS degree in electrical engineering (power system emphasis) and is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina.

Terry L. Willis
Dynegy Generation
Terry Willis is an AFE Certified Plant Maintenance
Manager (CPMM) with Dynegy Generation. Over the past 28 years he as
worked in Construction Management (Clinton Nuclear One) 5 years; Maintenance
Planning, Scheduling, Work Management/Outage Management (Clinton One)
11 years; and as fossil systems CMMS Business System Owner for Generation
since April 1996. Systems included AMPS, Maximo ver. 4, and Ver. 6.1.
Terry was part of the conversion from AMPS (PPMPS) to Maximo ver.
4.03 in year 2000, and has played a key role in the upgrade from version
4.1.1 to 6.1 in 2006-2007, with rollout to 23 sites and 1000 users
in February, 2007, followed by the migration of 10 acquired sites
(400 users) from various legacy versions of Maximo, to the Dynegy
standard 6.1. Terry led the team that provided a hand held bar code
solution for Storeroom activities along with the conversion to MX6.1.

Nineteen years experience in all phases of management and program development for fossil and nuclear power plants, including areas of power plant administration, quality assurance, operations, maintenance, thermal performance, start-up and test, chemical, analytical, environmental, and security.

Ron Wallace
IBM Software Group
Ron Wallace is the Industry Marketing Manager for
Maximo in the IBM Tivoli
business unit. IBM acquired MRO Software in 2007 and Ron had been
with MRO Software for over 20 years and was the key to the foundation
of the group. With 32 years of professional experience working with
utility companies, he has broad experience in working with electric,
gas and water utilities.
Ron has worked in fossil and nuclear generation in the areas of plant
operations & maintenance, engineering and project management systems,
and outage management.
