Hi Everyone, Question to the group - how are you managing inactive users IDs in Maximo? We have Work Order workflow, pre-reqs etc. which fail to progress due to inactive user ID's. How do you manage this process? Are you managing via periodic data updates, escalations, assigning to temporary user to be reassigned? etc. As users leave the company, have name changes, etc. we are left with Work orders with inactive owners. We are looking to implements some business process so as employees leave, this work can be reassigned, but are you all using some automated process? Thanks for your help!
