Destinie Richter
Oncor
My career at Oncor started in 2009 and has spanned through Transmission Engineering, Sourcing and now the Assistant Manager of Oncor’s Supply Chain Strategy and Technology group. I was on the original team that implemented Maximo within our supply chain organization as well as our work and asset management side for Distribution. I currently oversee Maximo for supply chain as well as all of our interfaces to and from Maximo to other systems within all of Oncor’s business units which includes AP, Distribution, Transmission, Energy Efficiency, Waste Management, IT and others. I am the current Chairperson of the Maximo Supply Chain user group. I am married with three children and received my Masters of Science in Supply Chain and Technology from Texas Christian University.

Cristy Bennett
Oglethorpe Power Corporation
Cristy Bennett has been associated with the Electric Utility Industry for 38 years. After graduating with an Electrical Engineering degree, she spent 10 years working in Georgia Power Company’s Substation Control Design group.
That was followed by 11 years in the Supply Chain organization of Georgia Power & Southern Company, working in all areas of Supply Chain (purchasing, volume procurement, contract management, asset disposition & warehousing). After leaving the Southern Company, she spent the next 10 years as an independent contractor and full-time employee with Georgia Transmission Corporation (GTC) in their Procurement Services department. For the last 7 years, she has been Director of Supply Chain Services for Oglethorpe Power Corporation (OPC) which uses Maximo as its enterprise asset management & supply chain tool. She also serves as the lead of the OPC Maximo Governance Team, steering committee lead of the Maximo Supply Chain User Group, and Board member of the Utility Supplier Alliance Association.

Tim McAlister, C.P.M., CPSM
Southern Company
Tim McAlister is responsible for all Sourcing and Contracts supporting Southern Power Company, a subsidiary of Southern Company and a U.S. wholesale energy provider In this role he leads a group of Contract Agents and Buyers responsible for developing contracts and sourcing materials for operations and maintenance of Southern Power Company’s electrical generating plants. In addition to his role as Manager, Tim also serves the Chairperson for the SCM Talent Development Advisory Committee and serves on the SPC Maximo Steering Committee. In his 24 plus years with Southern Company, Tim has held many positions in Supply Chain supporting Power Generation. Before assuming his current responsibilities, Tim was the Strategic Sourcing Team Leader for Southern Company Generation. In this role he was responsible for supervising and setting the strategy for MRO sourcing, major equipment and Alliances for all the Southern Company plants. Tim McAlister received his BS degree in Management and an Accounting Certificate from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1995 and an MBA from Brenau University in 2005. Tim earned his Certified Purchasing Manager designation in 1998, his Certified Purchasing Supply Professional designation in 2015 and is certified as a John Maxwell Trainer, Teacher, Speaker and Coach. McAlister also served as an adjunct professor at Southern Crescent Technical College in Griffin, Georgia, where he taught business management courses in Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Business Ethics and Performance Management for 5 years. He also serves as a Sunday school teacher for the high school boys youth group at Sharon Baptist Church in McDonough, Georgia. Tim and his wife Kelli have two children, Maeva Joy and Marlo and currently live in McDonough, Georgia.

Tim Roukey
Eversource Energy
Tim has been working in the Electric Utility Industry for over 40 years, with Supply Chain
experience in the Generation, Gas, Electric, Substation, Distribution and Transmission business
areas. His work history includes assignments and various roles in Project management, Electric
Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, and Enterprise Solutions. In his current role as Supply
Chain Program Manager, he is responsible for providing Supply Chain enhancements to
Eversource Energy which includes Maximo system upgrades, integrations, training, reporting,
inventory management including the development and implementation of effective business
processes throughout the enterprise.

Terry Saunders
IBM Worldwide Utilities Industry Leader,
IBM Watson loT: Asset Management
Terry is responsible for world-wide market share growth of asset and work management solutions in Utilities: Generation, Transmission and Distribution for Electric, Gas, and Water. He works with design architects, development, support and our customers and business partners to manage strategy of the Maximo for Utilities Industry solutions. Terry began work with Maximo in 1997 and had previously worked in Generation, Substation, Transmission and Distribution as well as Chemicals, Petroleum, Refining, Mining, Food Processing, and Manufacturing. He has held senior roles in Product Development, Business Development and Industry Marketing for MRO Software and PSDI. Terry Saunders has a Masters of Science Degree in Innovation & Technology from Boston University, 2010 and an undergraduate Degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota, USA.

Daniel Bell
TVA
Daniel has served with TVA for 12 years including holding multiple roles in Supply Chain and an Internship in IT. Daniel currently serves as Manager of Supply Chain Analytics & Technology where he and his team are responsible for developing Supply Chain wide strategies, policies, and program direction for system processes and technologies, enhancing Supply Chain and supplier performance through strategic deployment of data and metrics. He has served as a Purchasing Agent satisfying purchasing needs for various Coal & Gas generation sites as well as a Contracts Manager where he managed a large contract portfolio of IT hardware, software, and professional services. He has also served as a Senior Consultant for supply Chain business focusing on enhancing efficiencies in business processes and compliance through the utilizing technology tools.

Madelyn Woodruff
Alabama Power Company
Madelyn Woodruff has worked for Southern Company at Alabama Power for 34 years. She has held several positions in Supply Chain including Project Manager, Buyer, Assistant to the Director and Area Inventory Manager. The majority of her career has been spent in Supply Chain Technical Support where she is the current manager.
She represented Alabama Power on the Maximo implementation project, served as the Inventory lead for Southern with the functional responsibility for the interfaces between Maximo and the Distribution, Transmission, Substation and Warehouse Management Systems. She currently serves as the Southern Company Materials/Inventory Management Process Team lead.
Madelyn has a B.A. in Business Management from Birmingham Southern College.
