Perhaps one of the most discussed topics in the business world today is how to mobilize a workforce. As one begins this journey there are many facets and topics to consider. All of these topics are important and all must be considered for a complete solution. A miss on any of the important ones can be the difference between developing a 'paper weight' or a solution that you users cannot live without (think of your smart phone). These are findings, observations and learnings noted over many years of the discussion, research and deployment of mobile solutions. All must be evaluated to develop a mobile solution that will produce a successful design for your users. We had overwhelming positive feedback on our mobile app, Guidebook. MUWG continues to focus on ways to reduce our impact on the environment. MUWG saves considerable amounts of paper by using our Guidebook App to distribute the most up-to-date conference agenda, presentations, maps, evaluations, and other information, like “check-in” and build your own schedule. Please use the session ratings and conference survey in Guidebook to give us your feedback so we can continue to improve our conferences. We will not be providing paper copies of the agenda so the agenda in guidebook will be used as the official agenda of record. If you want a paper copy of the agenda, please print the attached pdf and bring it with you to the conference. Everyone that downloads guidebook and “Checks-In” to our guide will be entered into a special door prize drawing.
